Responsibilities
- Review customer enquiries and tender documents to ensure clarity and completeness prior to submission.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for instrumentation products (e.g., Fire & Gas systems, level profilers, wireless devices) and pipeline products (eg. pigging, pig signallers, enclosure)
- Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal departments to obtain technical specifications, costing, and supporting information.
- Develop pricing and costing for proposals in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure all proposals comply with technical requirements and commercial terms.
- Provide technical and proposal support to the Sales Team for business development activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of proposal status.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and principals to present or clarify proposals as needed.
- Continuously develop product knowledge to ensure accuracy and confidence in proposals.
- Support Sales and other departments with administrative and coordination functions as needed.
- Undertake any adhoc duties assigned by superior.
