We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry and supporting the preparation of full set accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all bookkeeping activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry into the accounting system (e.g. invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, journal entries)
• Assist in preparing full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records and supporting documents
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain necessary documents and information
• Support preparation of basic financial reports as required by superiors
• Assist with other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0-2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
