CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) Project Manager oversees the structural and aesthetic construction of projects, such as data centers or large-scale buildings, from pre-construction to completion. They manage project schedules, budgets, technical coordination, and safety compliance, liaising with subcontractors and clients to ensure quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management: Oversee all CSA works, including excavation, steel structures, and building envelopes, ensuring compliance with construction drawings.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP teams, and clients, ensuring structural and architectural elements integrate seamlessly.

Scheduling and Planning: Develop and manage site timelines, lookahead schedules, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Quality and Safety: Monitor site safety regulations (such as JKKP/DOSH) and enforce quality assurance to reduce risks.

Design & Compliance: Review design drawings, identify constructability issues, and ensure compliance with local building codes.

Contractor Management: Oversee vendors, subcontractors, and consultants to manage performance and address technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. Proven experience in large-scale structural/architectural projects.

Specialized Knowledge: Experience in data center construction is highly desirable, including structural steel, concrete, and finishing works.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, and BIM tools for coordination.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
