Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the distribution of uniforms (baju) and safety shoes to employees, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
2. Support the HR team in maintaining and updating employee records and data as assigned by the supervisor.
3. Handle ASP Healthcare system updates (ADD/DEL), ensuring accuracy and timely processing for employee access and records.
4. Assist in HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
5. Participate in on-site or external assignments when required, under the supervision of the supervisor.
6. Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
7. Provide general support for day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc assignments.
8. The intern will perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
9. Some tasks may involve working outside the office, under supervision.
Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions.
Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
