We are looking for a Production Assisstant to operate daily shipping and dispatch operations, ensuring orders are packed accurately and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the dispatch of single, combined, bulk, and dropship orders (AU, TH, PH, CA, US).
• Ensure proper packing and timely shipment of orders.
• Prepare Material Requisition Notes (MRN) and Air Waybills (AWB), including manual AWB for FEDEX and bulk orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues and customs declaration matters, including GST adjustments.
• Lead, train, and coach team members to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Review daily reports and follow up on assigned ClickUp tasks.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience (CE) and logistics couriers on urgent shipments and operational needs.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and arrange manpower when required.
• Order shipping and packing materials and operate the Priority Pack machine.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping, dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and courier processes is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and experience using task management tools are preferred.
