Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, inventory control, and forklift operations while ensuring warehouse activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive, inspect, and unload incoming materials and goods.

2. Store materials in designated warehouse locations.

3. Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production or delivery.

4. Operate a forklift safely to move goods within the warehouse.

5. Perform stock counting and assist with inventory control.

6. Update warehouse records and maintain accurate inventory transactions.

7. Ensure proper labelling and storage of materials.

8. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with 5S and safety standards.

9. Assist in loading and unloading trucks.

10. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.

11. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Valid Forklift License is required.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling procedures.
• Able to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse or inventory systems will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting and warehouse activities.
• Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage/preferred

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
