Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
• Lead and manage warehouse personnel to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock take activities.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

RequirementsEducation

• Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
• Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration is preferred for Senior Warehouse Supervisor positions.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment for senior positions.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is an advantage.
