Key Responsibilities
- Perform ERP system administration, monitoring, and routine maintenance, specifically for Monitor ERP G5, the current ERP system used by UWHM.
- Manage, review, and validate database scripts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support and align business processes within Monitor ERP G5, including manufacturing, sales, purchase, stock/inventory, and finance-related modules.
- Develop system customizations, enhancements, and generate reports based on business requirements.
- Handle ERP troubleshooting, system updates, patches, version upgrades, and continuous improvements for Monitor ERP G5.
- Coordinate with internal users and external vendors on Monitor ERP G5-related issues, support cases, training, and system enhancements.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing Monitor ERP G5 system support to ensure effective system usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ERP system support or administration.
- Strong knowledge of SQL programming for ERP databases.
- Experience in database analysis, management, and data validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Technical Skills
Strong Knowledge Of:
- Microsoft SQL Database (Query, Data Validation, Optimization)
- Crystal Reports / ERP Reporting
- Relational Database Design & Data Modeling
