Prepare Quotations, Invoices and Delivery Orders
Follow up customer orders and maintain records
Assist Sales Team in handling customer enquiries
Data entry and document filing
Monitor customer payment records
Handle general administrative duties
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
Good communication and coordination skills
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Relevant working experience is an added advantage
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
