Job Title: Account Executive

Position Summary
TN Engineering Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Tiong Nam Group and a leading provider of heavy vehicle engineering, trailer fabrication, and transportation support services, is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, account reconciliations, financial reporting, collections, payments, and month-end closing activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain proper supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules and financial reports.
• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliation.
• Monitor customer collections and supplier payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in month-end closing.
• Verify invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Monitor AR/AP aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist in inventory verification and annual stock take activities.
• Support E-Invoicing implementation and SST-related matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with accounting principles and accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
