• Assist in the daily operations of the convenience store.
• Receive, inspect, and arrange incoming stock deliveries.
• Replenish products on shelves and ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, labelled, and priced.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, storage area, and workstations.
• Monitor product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly customer service.
• Support cashier operations when required.
• Conduct stock checks and inventory counting as assigned.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or store management.
