We are looking for a seasoned, cross-industry management professional to join our team as Operations & Production Administration Manager. This is a senior, high-impact role reporting directly to the Director / CEO, where you will own the full operational backbone of the company — from building internal workflows and overseeing production administration, to serving as the critical bridge between our Hong Kong headquarters and Mainland China partners.

What You'll Do 主要職責
Company Operations 公司運營管理 Oversee day-to-day company operations, design and continuously refine cross-departmental SOPs, set phased operational targets, and report on overall business performance to the Board.
全面統籌公司日常運營,建立及優化跨部門標準作業程序(SOP),制定階段性運營目標,並定期向董事會匯報整體業務狀況。
Production Administration 製作項目行政統籌 Manage production contracts and legal documents, track budget execution, coordinate shooting schedules, handle vendor and supplier liaison, and maintain comprehensive project filing systems.
管理製作合約及法律文件,追蹤預算執行情況,協調拍攝排期行政安排,統籌外部供應商聯絡事宜,並建立完善的項目文件存檔體系。
Mainland China Business Liaison 內地業務協調 Act as the primary point of contact with Mainland co-production partners, distributors and investors. Coordinate administrative matters for co-production projects, facilitate location shooting arrangements in the Mainland, and provide management with timely market intelligence.
擔任公司與內地合拍夥伴、發行商及投資方的主要聯絡窗口,協調合拍項目的行政事宜,跟進內地取景拍攝的相關手續,並為管理層提供市場資訊及建議。
HR & General Administration 人力資源及行政管理 Lead recruitment administration, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, oversee MPF, payroll and staff benefits administration, and ensure full compliance with Hong Kong employment regulations.
主導招募行政工作,管理員工入職及離職手續,監督強積金、薪酬及員工福利的行政處理,確保公司行政管理符合香港勞工法規要求。
Financial Administration 財務行政支援 Assist in preparing annual budgets and project-level financial plans, monitor departmental expenditure, liaise with external accountants and auditors, and handle day-to-day financial administration including invoice approval and expense reimbursement.
協助編制公司年度預算及製作項目預算方案,監控各部門費用支出,與外聘會計師及審計師協作,並處理日常財務行政事務,包括發票審批及費用報銷。
What We're Looking For 入職要求
Experience & Background 工作經驗
不少於 10 年管理層工作經驗,具備跨行業管理背景。曾在文化創意、傳媒、商業管理或相關行業擔任管理職位,並有項目全周期管理的實戰成果(如客戶滿意度指標、成本節省數據)。具備管理 15 人或以上團隊的經驗,並有持續帶領團隊達成業績目標的記錄。具備預算控制及成本管理經驗,曾透過流程優化實現可量化的成本節省。具備從零到一的業務籌備及開業統籌經驗者,將獲優先考慮。
Skills & Qualifications 專業技能及學歷
Proficient in cross-departmental operations management and SOP development.
** WORK HOUR : Mon to Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm
** Discretionary Bonus
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
