What you'll be doing
Assisting in the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our products
Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content to build our online community
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand awareness to the public
Assisting in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, exhibitions and other marketing initiatives
Supporting the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations and digital assets
Assisting the ad hoc duties as assigned
What we're looking for
University degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within Retail, Beauty, or FMCG.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and familiarity with a range of digital and traditional marketing channels
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
Proficiency in using marketing tools, such as social media platforms and analytics platforms
A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and industry best practices
