Job Description:
Perform check-in, check-out, and room assignment procedures, ensuring all guest data is entered accurately into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation details
Welcome and register all arriving guests warmly, adhering strictly to our hotel’s premium service standards
Address and resolve guest enquiries professionally and efficiently to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Manage daily front desk cashiering, billing, and payment processing procedures accurately
Requirement:
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
Minimum of 1 year of relevant hotel front office experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates in Hotel Management are highly welcome to apply
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
Proficiency in Opera PMS (Cloud) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is highly preferred
Ability and willingness to work on a shift-duty roster, including overnight and weekend shifts
Detail-oriented, independent, proactive, and deeply service-minded
