Job Description

• Work as a member of the corporate IT Dept., supporting employees (IT users) in Singapore main office,
  co-located associate companies, and regional entities (branches and subsidiaries across Asia & Oceania)
• Support regional entities to execute IT projects in areas such as IT replacement, security, infrastructure, and efficiency improvement (which are leaded by HQ)
  
  • including business travel when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams, related departments, and vendors to successfully execute IT projects
• Report and escalate issues to management in a timely manner
• Support security assessments conducted by Headquarters on a regular basis for regional entities
• Comprehend the Marubeni Group IT Governance Policy and assist regional offices in aligning their IT environments with these requirements
• Serve as a liaison between HQ and local staff to ensure smooth assessment processes and provide customized support to each local office
• Support and follow up with end-users (primarily in regional entities) during the replacement or deployment of IT tools and servers by HQ to strengthen IT security and governance
• Discuss with the service vendor and follow up on enhancements and improvements to enhance service quality
• Provide consultation and support to regional entities facing IT issues, office relocations, or new system implementations

Job Requirements

• Over 5 years experience in a corporate IT Dept.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and networks (in-depth technical knowledge is not required)
• Experience with the following IT services/products is advantageous, with underlined items being our primary tools:

・ Microsoft : Windows11 , M365 , O365 , TeamsPhone , Intune , Azure AD , Copilot, Defender

・ Apple : iPhone , iPad

・ Cloud Storage and Services : Box , AWS

・ ERP : SAP(ECC6.0, S/4 HANA Cloud)

・ eSignature : DocuSign, BoxSign

・ RPA : UI Path

・ Workflow : Jobcan

. Network Security : FortiGate , FortiAnalyzer, SentinelOne

・ Network Infrastructure : Corporate network (IP-VPN, Internet VPN, Local break out)

・ VPN Access Tool : FortiClient, Akamai EAA etc

• Personal Traits

• Basic Proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders

• Willing to learn new things proactively and manage assigned task independently

• Bright and positive attitude to build relationships with different stakeholders.

• Experience with project management will be preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to handle multitask jobs with minimal supervision

• Ability to think from a user's perspective and support
