Working day & hour: 5 days work week (Mon-Fri) - (Mon-Thurs: 8am to 6pm, Fri: 8am to 5pm)

Salary: Up to $2,200 -$2,500.00/month

Job Description

• Generating sales quotations
• Processing Order
• Tracking POs, delivery and ensuring AR collection timely received
• Issuing internal memos
• Coordinate with delivery executive for timely delivery of products
• Handling daily incoming/ outgoing emails & customer’s enquiries
• Generate monthly report tracking on customers sales revenue of the respective key banner.
• Ad-hoc duty assign by Management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum “O” level or equivalent.
• At least 1-year working experience.
• Computer literate.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook,Excel,Work,PPT).
• Independent, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice.
