About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior or Senior Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, advanced floristry skills, and leadership experience to guide a team in creating beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements for various occasions.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily orders
• Maintain quality standards for freshness, presentation, and design consistency
• Manage flower inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Ensure studio is well organized and clean at the end of the day
• Lead and supervise junior florists and floral assistants
• Train and mentor junior and assistants in floral techniques and flower care
• Working with the team to achieve monthly KPIs
• Design and create floral arrangements that align with our brand aesthetics for e-commerce sales, weddings, events, and corporate clients

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist
• Formal training or certification in Floristry or Floral Design preferred
• Strong knowledge of flower care, design trends, and color theory
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy seasons
• Creative eye for design and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, teachable attitude, good communication skills, multitasking and a team player with a positive attitude

Working Schedule
5-day work week: 4 Weekdays and 1 Weekend
Candidates must be able to commit to this working schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
