About the Roles

Join a food manufacturing company as a Production Planner based in Pioneer, working a stable 5-day weekday schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:45am–5:30pm). What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and inventory requirements
• Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure efficient operations and timely output delivery
• Monitor production progress and adjust planning schedules as needed to meet operational targets
• Manage inventory levels for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock availability
• Liaise with R&D teams to support timely replenishment and availability of production materials
• Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
• Track and control stock movement between warehouse and production areas
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives to enhance planning and warehouse efficiency
• Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably using production scheduling software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management
