We are looking for a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join us as we grow. More than just an employee, you will be an important partner in helping us deliver a positive healthcare experience to our patients and community.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Registering and attending to patients at the clinic
• Medication packing and dispensing under supervision
• Billing and payment collection
• Answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries
• Assisting with appointment scheduling and administrative duties
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organisation
• Stock management and inventory monitoring
• Assisting doctors with day-to-day clinic operations
• Supporting the team in delivering excellent patient care and service

Requirements

• Friendly, positive, and patient-oriented personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy
• Prior clinic or healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates
