PLACEMENT EXECUTIVE (REMOTE)

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the end to end placement process, ensuring quotations, proposals, and policy documentation are delivered accurately and on time
• Work closely with insurers to obtain quotations, negotiate terms where appropriate, and secure competitive solutions for clients
• Prepare clear and comprehensive proposal comparisons that help clients make informed decisions
• Build strong relationships with insurers and maintain an understanding of market developments, underwriting appetites, and product offerings
• Develop deep product knowledge across assigned insurance products, including underwriting requirements, policy benefits, exclusions, claims processes, renewal terms, and policy wordings
• Review and verify client and insurer documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and insurer requirements
• Support policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and other placement related administrative processes
• Work closely with client servicing and other internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and handover of policies
• Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, or service issues and recommend practical improvements to strengthen operational effectiveness
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of placements, insurer communications, quotations, and policy documentation
