Role Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate transformation initiatives supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations. The role involves managing cross-functional projects related to system implementations, process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational enhancements. The successful candidate will drive project execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of business outcomes while ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:- Program & Project Management
  • Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, process optimization, and automation projects.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed scope, schedule, and business requirements.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with business, operations, engineering, and technology teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and progress reporting.
  • Support requirement gathering, solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
Skills & Experience Requirements:-
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of experience in program management, project management, manufacturing operations, product development, or supply chain environments.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and product lifecycle management concepts.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives will be advantageous.
