Overall Job Responsibility

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Professional responsible for leading and managing projects related to (i) the development, implementation and maintenance of software applications and systems; (ii) data management and integration within the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Develop, manage and monitor project plans including timelines, resource requirements and budget
• Gather and analysis business requirements to ensure that the project aligns with organisational goals and user needs
• Manage priorities and work schedules to ensure that projects and change requests are completed on time and meet stated objectives
• Implement change management process
• Handle and timely execution of the procurement of IT solutions
• Effective management of stakeholders and vendors
• Provide support and maintenance of existing and new application and systems in the organization
• Review systems access control and application security requirements
• Establish data governance/management policies and implement data quality processes
• Support analytics and BI teams
• Maintain Project documentation of systems
  
  

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

• A Degree in Computer Science or related qualifications with least 8 years of relevant experience in ICT systems development and implementation
• Proven experience in IT project management with a focus on applications and system development
• Experience in data governance and integration to ensure availability of quality data to support analytics and business decisions
• Added advantage if have experience setting up data team
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in stakeholder management and build effective relationships with key partners
• Possess strategic thinking to navigate the complexity of project management and anticipate potential issues and propose solutions in a timely manner
• Experience in procurement and contract management
• Project Management-related certifications is an added advantage
