- Implemented a TMS solution covering carrier booking, shipment planning, freight audit, and delivery

confirmation, integrated with WMS despatch triggers and ERP invoice creation to close the transport-to-invoice

cycle end-to-end for the client's logistics operation

- Conducted a structured capability assessment of the client's warehouse operations against industry benchmarks

across inbound, storage, outbound, and value-added services, developing an evaluation framework that

informed a multi-year WMS roadmap and guided platform investment decisions

- Delivered trade compliance and customs management implementations for logistics clients, leveraging AEB's
