About the Role
Financial Inquiries and transaction related queries needs to be addressed and taken care of. This Customer Service role is for a Banking project so Bachelors degree holder with only Customer Service Experience can apply. This is a normal 9AM MYT-6PM MYT Job with no rotational shifts work and Monday to Friday Working days.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers for finance related queries.
- Address and solve financial inquiries and transaction related queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree holder with any Customer Service experience can apply.
- Immediate joiners are welcome to apply.
- SPM and diploma with inbound and outbound banking sales experience can apply.
Required Skills
- Customer Service Experience.
- Banking/ Insurance/ Credit or debit card transaction Customer service can also apply.

- Inbound and outbound banking sales experience.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary up to 4800 RM Basic +300 RM Monthly KPI.
