Role Description This is a full-time, remote Event Intern role supporting the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events for Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Event Intern will assist with event logistics, including scheduling, attendee coordination, vendor communication, and preparation of event materials. This role will support event marketing activities such as drafting promotional content, helping manage social media announcements, and tracking engagement metrics. The intern will also help manage event registrations, respond to participant inquiries, and provide customer support before, during, and after events. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining event documentation, and contributing ideas to improve attendee experience and brand visibility.

• Event planning and event marketing skills to support organizing, promoting, and executing high-quality events.
• Basic sales or outreach skills to assist with lead follow-up, partner coordination, and event-related opportunities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Interest in AI, technology, or data-driven products, with a willingness to learn about Insight Genesis – IGAi’s platform and mission.
• Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms, spreadsheets, presentations, and social media).
• Current student or recent graduate in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
