Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and preparing basic reports and documentation. The role involves answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensuring office supplies and equipment are well maintained. The Administrative Assistant will assist managers and executives with routine administrative tasks, help coordinate internal and external communications, and support basic logistics such as travel arrangements and event preparation. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls, greet visitors, and handle internal and external inquiries effectively.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and basic report preparation.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate within a team setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage, but relevant experience will also be considered.
