About us

My Aero Spares is a growing aviation company specializing in the supply, repair management and inventory support of aircraft and helicopter spare parts for customers worldwide. We are currently expanding our operations and are looking for a motivated individual to join our warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming aircraft parts and verify quantities against packing lists.
• Perform serial number verification and basic visual inspections.
• Label, identify and store inventory in designated locations.
• Scan and organize certificates, shipping documents and inventory records.
• Update inventory information in the company system.
• Assist with packing, shipping and preparation of customer orders.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Support stock counts and inventory audits.
• Follow company quality procedures and aviation industry requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse and logistics activities as assigned.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email).
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse activities.
• Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control or aviation is an added advantage.
