We are looking for a motivated E-Learning Developer to join our digital learning team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are passionate about instructional design, multimedia content, and digital learning development.

About the Role

You will support the creation of engaging, interactive e-learning modules that enhance training delivery and learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing interactive e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Canva, iSpring Suite or similar platforms
• Convert training materials (PPTs, PDFs, videos) into structured and engaging online learning content
• Support the creation of visuals, basic animations, and multimedia elements to enhance learning modules
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand content and learning objectives
• Assist in preparing storyboards, course outlines, and content flow
• Upload, update, and maintain e-learning content in the Learning Management System (LMS), familiar with SCORM
• Conduct basic testing to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and user experience across devices
• Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and instructional design standards across modules

Qualifications

• Degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Communication, Education, or related field
• 0–2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Canva, Captivate, etc.)
• Interest in digital learning, design, and content development
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Able to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of PowerPoint design and visual presentation

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to video editing or graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling and user experience
