We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support our finance team in managing financial records and transactions. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining accurate accounting information while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

What You'll Do:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
️ Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Respond to inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
Utilize accounting software for data entry and reporting

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
