Role:

• We are looking for an experienced programme manager to lead large-scale application development, enhancement, and support programmes for education-related digital platforms.
• The role will oversee application delivery, production support, L1 helpdesk operations and new system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale application development, enhancement, and support programmes.
• Oversee new application enhancements and system implementation.
• Manage L1 helpdesk, application support, incident management, and service operations.
• Coordinate with technical teams working on Go, React, ERP applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Act as the first point of contact for business, technology, school, and parent-facing stakeholders.
• Manage SDLC delivery, release planning, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Drive stakeholder management, escalation handling, risk tracking, and governance reporting.
• Ensure smooth communication between business users, schools, parents, vendors, and internal IT teams.

Required Skills:

• 12–15+ years in IT program/project delivery.
• Strong application development and enhancement experience.
• Strong application support / IT operations background.
• Managed 20-30 people or large multi-vendor teams.
• Strong SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, release, and support governance experience.
• Experience with ERP, school platforms, parent portals, or customer-facing systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling.
