Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Buyer position located in Bayan Lepas. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery. This role includes monitoring inventory levels, maintaining a cost-effective supply chain, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The Buyer will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient procurement processes and continuous improvement in vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Supplier Management, and Vendor Negotiation
• Strong background in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Control
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional Communication, Analytical, and Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of local and international procurement practices is preferred
