Position: Sales Operations Coordinator
Location: Malaysia
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Experience Required: 1+ Year
Key Responsibilities
Event & Marketing Coordination
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing events
• Liaise with vendors for pricing and logistics support
• Draft and send customer invitation emails
• Track RSVPs and maintain attendee lists
• Support event logistics and execution on event days
Sales Operations Support
• Assist with internal sales operations processes
• Follow up with customers on pending payments and collections
• Manage customer communication via email and phone
• Prepare and maintain collections and status-tracking reports
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Workplace, and other internal teams
• Follow up on cross-functional dependencies
• Support project coordination activities across departments
Administrative & Operational Support
• Handle administrative coordination tasks
• Support lead follow-ups and event tracking
• Maintain centralized documentation and reporting
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
