Job Goals & Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Lead and Manage the Project Delivery

1. Lead and manage the end-to-end project delivery process in order to achieve client satisfaction, while ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards 
2. Design, develop and deliver solutions, processes and tools needed to meet project objectives.
3. Proactively identify and solve project-related challenges, ensuring successful outcomes.
4. Oversee and coordinate strategic discussions with clients and internal stakeholders in order to continuously align project delivery with goals and expectations.
5. Efficiently manage and allocate resources within the team to optimise project performance.
6. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
7. Identify opportunities for skill enhancement within the team and support training initiatives as needed to align with project objectives.

2. Achieve Client Satisfaction & Support Business Development

1. Pre-empt, communicate and resolve any project needs or challenges to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.
2. Collaborate with EASY’s business development team to ensure that project delivery meets client expectation and satisfaction.
3. Secure repeat business with existing clients through excellent service-delivery and consistent relationship-enhancing through all stages of project delivery.
4. Support the development and customisation of effective solutions within proposal writing in order to meet and resolve prospects’ needs and requirements.
5. Collaborate with EASY’s business development team on the problem-solving and negotiation stages of the sales process in order to gain prospects’ buy-in to proposed solutions.

3. Manage and Improve Internal Systems/Process

1. Oversee administrative and process management needs for both internal and external projects.
2. Develop and manage internal systems and frameworks to organise documentation and improve duplicability.
3. Improve and standardise project delivery processes.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Minimum 2-year experience corporate roles 
• Leadership of or significant participation in team-based projects is a must
• Consulting experience is an added advantage
