Job Description

1. Project Delivery & Implementation

• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business and system requirements.

• Configure and deploy systems according to project scope and country-specific regulations in

coordination with the local country project management team.

• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle: from discovery, solution design, testing, go-live, to

post-implementation support.

• Coordinate and support data migration, user training, and parallel runs as needed.


2. Stakeholder & Client Coordination

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear

communication.

• Work cross-functionally with regional and local teams including product, payroll, legal, and compliance teams.


3. Process & Documentation

• Prepare high-quality project documentation including configuration logs, test scripts,

and user guides.

• Maintain accurate project trackers and reports for internal and client review.



Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in HRMS/payroll system implementation, functional consulting, or client support roles.

• Fresh graduates with a good learning attitude are welcome.

• Prior exposure to at least one full implementation cycle is an advantage.


Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft SQL (data checks, troubleshooting queries).

• Familiarity with SSO setup and server connectivity troubleshooting is a plus.

• Exposure to HRMS platforms such as BIPO, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or ADP is advantageous.

• Knowledge of strategic HRMS modules (Performance, Succession Planning, Learning,

Compensation) is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, *************).


Soft Skills

• Clear communicator with strong client-facing presence.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in flagging issues.

• Able to work independently and manage time across concurrent tasks.

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
