Role Description The Junior Training and Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role supports the end-to-end coordination of training programs, including scheduling sessions, preparing training materials, arranging venues, and managing participant registrations and attendance. The individual will assist trainers during sessions, help set up simulation-based activities, and ensure that learning tools and technology function smoothly. The role also involves responding to participant and client inquiries, providing post-training support, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. The Junior Training and Operations Executive will collaborate with internal teams to maintain training documentation, update learning platforms, and support the development of new training initiatives and operational processes.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with participants, trainers, and clients.
  • Foundational Training & Development and Training skills, with an interest in facilitating or supporting corporate learning programs.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in Instructional Design to assist in refining training materials and simulation-based activities.
  • Customer Service skills to respond professionally to inquiries, support participants, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
  • Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, online learning platforms, video conferencing tools).
  • Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, collaborate in a team environment, and support occasional events or sessions outside standard hours when required.
