Job Title: PPA Origination & Transactions Manager

Location: Singapore

An established and rapidly expanding global clean energy platform is looking to appoint a commercially driven PPA Origination & Transactions Manager to support its growing portfolio across Europe and APAC.

The organisation is a well-capitalised, vertically integrated renewable energy player with a strong track record in delivering utility-scale solar and energy storage projects globally. Backed by robust technical capabilities and long-term investment commitment, the business is continuing to scale its international footprint across both developed and emerging energy markets.

The Role

This is a market-facing, commercially focused role responsible for originating, structuring, and executing power offtake agreements across a diverse portfolio of renewable energy and BESS assets.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue certainty, enhancing project bankability, and supporting investment outcomes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

PPA Origination & Market Development

• Lead origination and execution of Corporate PPAs, Utility PPAs, and tolling agreements
• Build relationships with utilities, corporates, energy traders, aggregators, and route-to-market providers
• Identify and drive new commercial opportunities across South East Asia, Australia and also Europe

Commercial Structuring & Execution

• Lead negotiations on key terms including pricing structures, settlement mechanisms, curtailment, and credit support
• Work closely with development, legal, and financing teams to drive transactions through to financial close
• Support lender engagement and project financing processes from a commercial standpoint

Asset Commercialisation & Strategic Transactions

• Support project monetisation and divestment processes
• Contribute to market strategy, merchant exposure positioning, and investor engagement
• Assist in strategic transactions and partnership discussions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PPA origination, energy trading, IPP commercial roles, or similar
• Proven track record in negotiating and executing PPAs and/or tolling agreements
• Strong exposure to European power markets (e.g. Italy, Spain, Poland, Germany) would be beneficial
• Prior experience supporting project finance transactions is highly advantageous

Profile

• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of renewable/BESS revenue models and route-to-market strategies
• Ability to manage cross-border projects and stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Comfortable in a front-facing role working with investors and commercial counterparties
• International experience and multilingual capabilities are advantageous
