This role will work closely with ODM partners, suppliers, internal supply chain teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure materials are available on time to support manufacturing and delivery schedul
es.

- tiesCoordinate with ODM partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage material readiness across full BOM requireme
- nts.Support purchase order placement and follow up on PO coverage, delivery timelines, and material availabil
- ity.Work with supply and demand planning teams to track component supply and support Clear to Build sta
- tus.Monitor MRP readiness and ensure material plans are aligned with forecasts and purchase ord
- ers.Identify material shortages, supply risks, delivery delays, and potential disruptions ea
- rly.Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve material issues and support on-time deliv
- ery.Track supplier manufacturing schedules, capacities, and material delivery commitme
- nts.Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and MRP reports to support planning decisi
- ons.Support KPI tracking related to material planning, PO placement, supply coverage, and operational performa
- nce.Partner with inventory and logistics teams to maintain appropriate stock levels at ODM and 3PL si
- tes.Support material allocation decisions to maximize production output and hardware deliv
ery.
Require
- mentsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related f
- ield.4+ years experience in procurement, materials planning, operations, or supply chain manage
- ment.Prior experience in technology, hardware, electronics, manufacturing, or data centre infrastructure environments would be advantag
- eous.Strong ability to work with complex data, identify key issues, and provide clear recommendat
- ions.Good understanding of MRP, BOM, PO management, material readiness, or production plan
- ning.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across internal teams, suppliers, and external manufacturing part
- ners.Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environ
- ment.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving sk
- ills.Comfortable working with teams and partners across different time z

Preferred Expe
- rienceExposure to computer hardware manufacturing, production, configuration, or server infrastru
