The Distribution Manager is responsible for driving sustainable business growth and strengthening the firm’s distribution network. This role focuses on expanding market reach, enhancing cluster performance, supporting recruitment and retention, and ensuring operational excellence in a regulated and digitally evolving financial advisory environment. Acting as a key link between management, internal stakeholders, and appointed Representatives, the Distribution Manager ensures strategic alignment and effective execution across the business.
