Role Summary
ServiceNow Architect profile required for architecture, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support of enterprise workflow and custom application solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Handling requirement gathering, functional and technical design, SIT/UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization.
Required Skill
- Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture / solution design / technical consulting with end-to-end delivery experience across requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, SIT/UAT, and production support.
- Hands-on experience in building custom applications on ServiceNow App Engine, including workflow-led business applications such as approval process platforms.
- Experience in ServiceNow UI Builder and related user experience components such as Service Portal / Now Experience.
- Experience with SSO / LDAP integration with Active Directory.
- Experience with controlled deployment and migration approaches using Update Sets, CI/CD / batch migration, and structured release movement across environments.
- Strong experience in core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, Asset Management, Customer Service Management, and Project / PPM-related modules.
- Strong technical capability in ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, Reports, Dashboards, Scheduled Jobs, Tables, and Application creation.
- Experience in maintenance and support services including test and release management, patching, upgrades, stabilization, and production bug fixing.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
