We are looking for a Platform Engineer - Microsoft 365 to join our global IT team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for building and operating a secure, scalable, and highly available M365 collaboration platform supporting users worldwide.

This role combines hands-on engineering, platform operations, and continuous improvement in a modern cloud environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate and support Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
• Act as 3rd line support for complex incidents and escalations.
• Develop and maintain automation (PowerShell) to improve platform efficiency.
• Contribute to platform architecture, standardization, and integrations.
• Support global rollouts, migrations, and project-to-run transitions.
• Ensure security, access governance, and compliance controls.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational standards.
  
  

Who You Are

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Solid scripting skills in PowerShell.
• Experience in cloud operations, monitoring, and automation.
• Understanding of platform engineering and infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
