We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Dispatcher to coordinate the transportation of goods and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in logistics to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations based on delivery needs
Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to provide updates and resolve issues
Monitor vehicle locations via GPS and manage routes for efficiency
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, schedules, and vehicle maintenance
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational processes
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years experience in dispatch or logistics coordination
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in using dispatch software or logistics management systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations is a plus
