Sinotrans Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd, a fast-growing company, established in 2004, has its headquarters based in Shah Alam with a logistics network that covers the entire Malaysia geography. We serve as a one-stop logistics service provider with services in Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Haulage, Warehousing, Trucking, Home Deliveries, Project Logistics, Cross-Border, e-Commerce, Value Added Service and Supply Chain Financing. In Malaysia, we manage distribution centres by using SmartWMS (Smart Warehouse Management System), manage deliveries using SmartDMS (Smart Delivery Management System), and manage shipments using SmartCargo (Smart Freight Management System).

Role Description

• Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and escalating incidents when necessary.

• Involves monitoring and maintaining IT systems, performing routine checks and updates, and ensuring system uptime and data security in line with company policies.

• Assist with network administration tasks, such as user account management, permissions, and basic configuration of devices and network equipment.

区域系统运维：

• 负责区域系统的日常后台运维与支持。
• 规范化管理用户账号的生命周期（包括账号开通、权限配置、变更及注销等），确保系统信息安全。
• 作为技术对接枢纽，负责接收系统问题及需求，协调相关技术团队或供应商，全链路跟踪并推动问题的高效解决。

桌面支持：

• 为区域内员工提供高质量的日常 IT 技术支持，保障业务团队高效运作。
• 通过远程或现场方式，快速响应并妥善处理各类软硬件故障、网络异常及办公设备终端问题。
• 工作汇报与文档沉淀：
• 按要求完成阶段性工作汇报，清晰展现运维进度与系统健康度；同时负责整理和更新日常遇到的 IT 问题及解决方案，协助丰富和完善内部 IT 知识库。

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user-related issues efficiently.
• Experience in IT operations and information technology functions, including system monitoring, routine maintenance, and adherence to IT policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of basic network administration, such as user account management, permissions, and support for network devices and connectivity.
• Familiarity with Windows-based environments, office productivity tools, and common business applications used in logistics or similar industries.
• Multilingual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users at different technical levels and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in various countries in Southeast Asia.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple support requests, and respond effectively in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; relevant skills (e.g., EDI, SQL, Java script development) are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• 语言能力：中英双语精通（听说读写流利），可作为工作语言进行无障碍的跨国业务沟通。
• 教育与经验背景：计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业学历；或在IT运维、企业级桌面支持领域拥有扎实的实操经验。
• 专业与服务能力：具备扎实的IT安全素养与敏锐的技术自学能力；拥有强烈的用户服务意识，能高效、耐心地解决终端用户的技术需求。
• 职业素养：责任感强，具备高度的执行力与团队协作精神；能够适应快节奏的工作环境，并能根据突发事件或系统运维需求灵活配合工作安排（含适度加班）。
• 加分项：

1. 会马来语、泰语等其他东南亚区域常见语言。
2. 有代码开发能力。如EDI、SQL、Java script、各类自动化脚本等
3. 有物流业相关课程、工作、项目经验。
