We serve as a one-stop logistics service provider with services in Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Haulage, Warehousing, Trucking, Home Deliveries, Project Logistics, Cross-Border, e-Commerce, Value Added Service and Supply Chain Financing. In Malaysia, we manage distribution centres by using SmartWMS (Smart Warehouse Management System), manage deliveries using SmartDMS (Smart Delivery Management System), and manage shipments using SmartCargo (Smart Freight Management System).
Sinotrans is a China state-owned company and a subsidiary of a Hong Kong Public listed company, which actively participate in the “One Belt One Road” initiatives which provide cost-saving and value-added solutions to our clients.
Role Description
• Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and escalating incidents when necessary.
• Involves monitoring and maintaining IT systems, performing routine checks and updates, and ensuring system uptime and data security in line with company policies.
• Assist with network administration tasks, such as user account management, permissions, and basic configuration of devices and network equipment.
