Scope of Work
- Record and post daily financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, and general ledger reviews.
- Handle full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparation and submission of SST filings and e-Invoicing compliance.
- Manage and maintain proper filing of accounting documents and administrative records.
- Handle general office administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, managing correspondences, and basic office upkeep.
- Support the finance team with any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 ~ 3 years of experience, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with accounting software (preferably SQL Accounting System) and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and general office administration.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Positive working attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
