Role Description This is an on-site Management Intern role based in Jalan Ampang. The Management Intern will support day-to-day operations, including assisting with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation. Responsibilities include conducting basic research, preparing presentations and reports, and helping track project timelines and deliverables. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand and agency activations, attend internal and client meetings, and take notes or action items as needed. The role also involves helping organize on-ground activities, supporting administrative tasks, and contributing ideas to improve processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to prepare clear reports, emails, and presentations.
• Basic proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and CANVA especially Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides).
• Demonstrated interest in management, sustainable development, branding, or marketing-related work.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with diverse teams, while also taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing
• Willingness to learn quickly, receive feedback constructively, and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
