Full Time Guillotine Operator - Production Support Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,800 in Wah Han Printing Co. Pte Ltd - Ricebowl

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Guillotine Operator / Production Support team member to join our fast-paced print production environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in print manufacturing who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and works well within a collaborative production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate guillotine and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct routine daily and weekly maintenance on machinery
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and technical issues to minimise downtime
• Perform ongoing visual inspections to ensure colour consistency, registration accuracy, and defect-free output
• Work closely with the production and quality teams to meet production deadlines
• Escalate major equipment or production issues when required
• Assist with a variety of finishing tasks including:
• Trimming
• Guillotining
• Padding
• Binding
• Die cutting
• Folding
• Laminating
• Packing
• Scoring and perforation
• Monitor stock and supply levels, reporting shortages before they become urgent
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all workplace safety and quality assurance procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in print production, finishing, or manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude and confidence working with production equipment
• Positive attitude with a strong team-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to support different areas of production as needed
