Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and support corporate client accounts
- Understand client needs and employee benefit requirements
- Assist with the setup and review of employee benefits and insurance plans
- Coordinate policy onboarding, renewals, and ongoing servicing matters
- Handle documentation, compliance checks, and follow-ups
- Liaise with insurers and internal teams on client requests
- Support claims-related enquiries and coordination
- Maintain accurate client and policy records
- Build long-term client relationships through regular servicing

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Sales-driven mindset and ability to hit performance targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good presentation skills and professional work attitude
- Diploma or Degree preferred (fresh grads or career switchers welcome)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, able to work independently and multitask
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace tools
- Interest in the finance or insurance industry is an advantage
Pay: $2,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
