Responsibilities
Main Job Responsibilities
Itinerary and Schedule Management: Arranging and managing the boss's schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Handling complex itineraries (meetings/business trips/multi-country time arrangements)
Booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Administration and Communication: Handling emails, phone calls, and filtering messages.
Preparing documents, reports, and meeting materials
Recording meeting highlights and following up on follow-up matters.
Business Support: Coordinating communication between the internal team and external clients.
Arranging business meetings and events
Following up project progress and task execution.
Personal Affairs (Some Positions): Arranging personal appointments (doctor, family matters, etc.)
Handling family or life-related arrangements
Assisting in managing drivers, housekeeping, or other personnel.
Other Responsibilities: Expense recording and reimbursement.
Simple report preparation (Excel/PPT)
Ad-hoc tasks (errands/ad-hoc tasks)
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
