• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge and familiarity with the Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulations.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to handle and resolve issues arising within the building effectively.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, good service awareness, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must possess own transport.
