Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing materials and manpower needed for programs and events
• Assist with appointments and rapport with potential clients
• Assist in carrying out client assessments and reporting with the consultation team
• Liaise with client on event dates / proposals / quotations, etc
• Build strong and effective client management relationship with all customers
• Assist to cross check bookings and arrangements with the appointment, product and consultation teams
• Work closely with Head of Operations to ensure quality delivery of programs
• Support sales team’s strategies to ensure that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met

Key Requirements

• English proficiency is required, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Some experience in an operations or events management role is a plus
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
