Job scope :

1) Food Preparation Support

• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits
• Prepare simple ingredients (e.g., portioning meat, mixing sauces)
• Assist chefs with basic cooking tasks when needed

2) Cleaning & Hygiene

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

3) Stock & Storage

• Receive and check deliveries of ingredients
• Store food properly (e.g., fridge, freezer, dry storage)
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors when supplies are low

4) Kitchen Operations Support

• Dispose of kitchen waste properly
• Keep the kitchen organized and tidy during busy hours

5) Equipment Handling

• Use basic kitchen equipment safely (e.g., knives, mixers)
• Report any damaged or faulty equipment

6) Basic understanding of food hygiene

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and communication

• 监控库存水平，并在物资不足时通知主管

4）厨房运营支持

• 正确处理厨房垃圾
• 在繁忙时段保持厨房整洁有序

5）设备操作

• 安全使用基本厨房设备（如刀具、搅拌机等）
• 及时报告任何损坏或故障设备

6）其他要求

• 具备基本食品卫生知识
• 能适应快节奏工作环境
• 具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
